In the religious display, the red and white rushnyk is of eastern Polissian style. The golden icon is a Pochaivska Bohomaty or a Theotokos of Pochaiv (a monastery in Pochaiv, Ukraine). The large Orthodox cross leaning against the aer is painted in multicolors in its grooves only, while the uncarved background is painted black; it also has inlaid red, blue and green beads. The four small crosses have magnified images of icons within their peepholes that are magnified.
